Worklyfy permanently eradicates the predatory 10% to 20% commission cuts extracted by legacy freelance platforms. When a milestone contract is completed and approved, talent receives 95% of the gross milestone value.

• Flat 5% Commission (Keep 95%): Only 5% is deducted from the talent payout for platform infrastructure, dual-signature escrow security, and peer support.
• Viral Referral Split (2% Royalty / 3% Platform): When a transaction involves an active referred user (freelancer or client), Worklyfy shares revenue: the referrer earns a 2% passive cash royalty directly to their wallet for 90 days, while Worklyfy retains only 3%.
• Transparent Client Escrow Fee: Client escrow deposits carry a flat 0% to 2% processing fee plus standard payment gateway interchange costs, with zero hidden charges.

2. The 100% Connect Return Protocol (Anti-Ghost Job Engine)

Worklyfy Connects exist strictly as a rate-limiting mechanism to protect clients from bot spam. Worklyfy fundamentally refuses to monetize freelancer failure or ghost jobs.

• Connects Escrowed, Not Burned: When talent submits a proposal, the required connects are held in temporary escrow. Connects are deducted only if the client accepts the proposal, opens an interview channel, or initiates an escrow milestone.
• 100% Automatic Refund on Rejection: If the client declines your proposal, selects another applicant, or cancels the project listing, 100% of your connects are automatically refunded to your wallet balance immediately.
• 7-Day Ghost Job Auto-Expiration: If a client publishes a project and takes no hiring action within 7 calendar days, our automated backend cron closes the listing as abandoned and instantly restores 100% of connects to every applicant.
• Affordable Connect Packs: Additional connects are priced at an accessible $2.00 for 50 connects, backed by the identical 100% return guarantee if unhired.

3. Escrow Pre-Funding & 14-Day Auto-Release Guarantee

Worklyfy guarantees that work never begins on faith. All projects operate under strict custodial milestone escrow:

• 100% Pre-Funded Lock: Talent must not commence milestone work until the project dashboard reflects the verified "Milestone Funded & Locked" green escrow status.
• Verifiable Deliverable Submission: Milestone deliverables must be submitted through verified channels (GitHub Pull Request hash, Figma frame URL, live staging URL, or Cloudflare R2 deliverable).
• 14-Day Review Period: Upon deliverable submission, the client has 14 calendar days to review the work or request scope revisions. If no revision is requested and no action is taken within 14 calendar days, the escrow vault automatically releases 100% of milestone funds to the talent's wallet.

4. Ultra-Affordable Micro-Subscriptions

Worklyfy provides accessible pricing tiers designed for builders worldwide, over 75% cheaper than traditional legacy subscription plans:

• Free Forever Tier ($0/month): 40 free monthly bids/connects, 100% connects refund on rejection, 5% flat fee, standard payout speed, and full escrow protection.
• Pro Guild Tier ($4.99/month): 150 monthly connects, Verified Pro badge, competitor proposal range insights, and instant payout processing priority.
• Agency Pass Tier ($14.99/month): Unlimited connects, team roster and multi-seat management, custom agency branding, and direct client priority matching.
• No Lock-in: Subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time from your account settings with zero cancellation penalties.

5. Dispute Mediation & Human Technical Guild

Worklyfy replaces arbitrary automated bot suspensions with our impartial Human Technical Mediation Guild:

• Senior Technical Evaluation: If a milestone dispute cannot be resolved between client and freelancer, it is assigned to senior technical evaluators in the matching technology domain.

6. Real-Time Mid-Market Forex & Fast Local Payouts

Worklyfy strictly prohibits hidden forex markups. Talent withdrawing USD or foreign currency to local accounts receives:

• The live Google mid-market exchange rate with a transparent, flat 1.2% banking rails fee (zero hidden conversion spreads).
• Rapid disbursement options: Wise Platform API, Stripe Connect, and direct local banking rails (NEFT/IMPS/UPI in India, bKash/Nagad in Bangladesh, SEPA in Europe) delivered in under 30 minutes.

7. Deliverables, Intellectual Property & Automatic NDA

Ownership rights and proprietary assets are governed by rigorous legal standards:

• Immediate IP Transfer: Upon client approval and full release of milestone escrow funds, all intellectual property, source code, designs, and derivative rights transfer 100% and unreservedly to the client.
• Mutual NDA Protection: Both parties are bound by reciprocal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) clauses protecting proprietary project data, client specifications, and trade secrets.

8. Anti-Spam Safeguards & Prohibited Conduct

To safeguard our community, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited and result in suspension:

• Submitting automated, uncurated AI bot proposals or spamming clients without reviewing scope briefs (enforced by a 5 proposal/24hr Free Tier limit and 10 proposal cap per job).
• Off-platform circumvention: Requesting direct payments outside Worklyfy escrow to bypass platform protection and safety rails.
• Delivering plagiarized code, copyrighted assets without licenses, or malicious code payloads.

9. Account Standing, Appeals & Support Desk

Worklyfy will never permanently ban an account based solely on automated algorithmic decisions. Any account facing restriction receives an explicit audit log and a 7-day appeal period reviewed by human platform trustees.
